A characterful vintage steamer trunk or travel chest finished in navy blue with contrasting black banding, extensive brass tone fittings and metal edge protection secured with traditional rivets. The substantial rectangular trunk features a central lock (no key), twin front catches, reinforced corners, side leather carrying handles and a hinged lid opening to reveal a cream lined interior with a useful removable lift out tray and retaining straps. The combination of blue exterior, aged metalwork and period travel construction gives it strong decorative appeal as vintage luggage, a storage chest, blanket box or coffee table. Presented in well used vintage condition with scratches, scuffs, surface wear, tarnishing and patination throughout, particularly to the top and banding, while the leather handles also show age related wear.

You can of course use any number of alternatives such as Anyvan, Shiply, Parcel2go or parcelmonkey all of whom you can find on the internet and can provide a reasonable price but less personal service. Very simple to use and many of my customers advise that they provide a good service.
