Refund policy
Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, we offer a 30-day no-quibble returns policy on all eligible items, subject to the terms below. All of our furniture items are sold on a collection-only basis. Customers may collect in person or, if required, we can assist in arranging a third-party courier on the customer’s behalf.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of collection or delivery to notify us that you wish to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when collected or delivered, must not have been altered or damaged, and should retain any original packaging where possible.
Return Costs
All return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return courier charges, fuel costs, or any associated handling fees. Customers are responsible for arranging safe transport back to us.
Collection & Courier Arrangements
All items are sold as collection only. If requested, we can obtain a quote from a recommended independent courier and introduce the courier to the customer. The courier contract is strictly between the customer and the courier. We are not responsible for the courier’s service, handling, delays, or damage in transit. Any claims must be made directly with the courier. Customers may arrange their own courier if preferred.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original delivery or courier costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may be refused if the item has been damaged after collection, modified, shows misuse, or is returned incomplete. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or Misdescribed Items
If an item is faulty or significantly not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and details. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
