A Victorian style slipper chair featuring a tall scroll back and low seat, upholstered in a soft salmon pink fabric with decorative trim edging. The elegant shaped seat sits on carved wooden cabriole legs with original brass castors, adding both movement and classic period character. The proportions and flowing lines reflect traditional 19th century design, while the later upholstery provides a clean and usable finish. A versatile accent or bedroom chair with strong decorative appeal and timeless styling.
Dimensions: 91cm height, 35cm height to seat, 36cm seat depth, 64cm depth, width 45cm.
Offered in vintage used condition with signs of age, wear and previous use, as might be expected and is mentioned and pictured purely for accuracy. Please see photos for the best description and any marks that should be noted. Click images to enlarge.
Delivery: I advertise as local pick-up but appreciate that not all of you live close enough to collect, so if it helps, I can arrange for cheap local delivery (please ask for a quote).
Should your require transport further afield, I have contact with a courier and would be pleased to obtain a delivery quote for you. Please get in touch and provide your location and postcode and I will make enquiries for you. Should you decide to proceed, arrangements & payment are required directly between you and the courier.
You can of course use any number of alternatives such as Anyvan, Shiply, Parcel2go or parcelmonkey all of whom you can find on the internet and can provide a reasonable price but less personal service. Very simple to use and many of my customers advise that they provide a good service.
Please note that if you wanted me to wrap for collection there would be a small cost for materials (cardboard, bubble wrap, tape etc).
