An antique late Victorian mahogany horseshoe armchair featuring a shaped wraparound back upholstered in brown faux leather with studded detailing, raised on turned legs united by stretchers. The curved arms and continuous horseshoe form give it a classic 19th century silhouette, while the seat has been later reupholstered in a wool patchwork fabric with leather trim edging. A solid and well-proportioned piece with good colour and grain to the mahogany, offering both decorative appeal and comfortable occasional seating.

Offered in antique used condition with signs of age, wear and previous use, as might be expected and is mentioned and pictured purely for accuracy. Please see photos for the best description and any marks that should be noted. Click images to enlarge.

Delivery: I advertise as local pick-up but appreciate that not all of you live close enough to collect, so if it helps, I can arrange for cheap local delivery (please ask for a quote).

Please get in touch and provide your location and postcode and I will make enquiries for you. Should you decide to proceed, arrangements & payment are required directly between you and the courier.

You can of course use any number of alternatives such as Anyvan, Shiply, Parcel2go or parcelmonkey all of whom you can find on the internet and can provide a reasonable price but less personal service. Very simple to use and many of my customers advise that they provide a good service.

Please note that if you wanted me to wrap for collection there would be a small cost for materials (cardboard, bubble wrap, tape etc).
