A decorative pair of Victorian walnut slipper chairs featuring richly carved frames with shaped back supports and attractive scroll detailing. The chairs stand on turned front legs with original castors and splayed rear legs, giving a classic low-seated profile typical of the period. One chair includes open arms while the other is armless, making them a versatile and slightly unusual pairing. Both are upholstered in a soft blush velvet-style fabric with buttoned back panels, showing some light marks from use and minor movement in a few joints as expected with age, but overall remaining perfectly usable. A charming and characterful pair well suited to period interiors or statement accent seating.

Delivery: I advertise as local pick-up but appreciate that not all of you live close enough to collect, so if it helps, I can arrange for cheap local delivery (please ask for a quote).

Please get in touch and provide your location and postcode and I will make enquiries for you. Should you decide to proceed, the courier service is independent and arrangements & payment are required directly between you and the courier.

You can of course use any number of alternatives such as Anyvan, Shiply, Parcel2go or parcelmonkey all of whom you can find on the internet and can provide a reasonable price but less personal service. Very simple to use and many of my customers advise that they provide a good service.

Please note that if you wanted me to wrap for collection there would be a small cost for materials (cardboard, bubble wrap, tape etc).
