A beautifully styled oak ladderback armchair inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement, featuring a bergere seat and a warm, characterful finish that highlights the natural grain of the wood. The shaped slats with subtle pierced detailing, sturdy frame, and gently curved arms reflect the simplicity and craftsmanship associated with Arts and Crafts design, while offering a practical and comfortable everyday chair. Likely dating from the 20th century, this piece combines traditional styling with solid construction, making it ideal as an occasional chair, bedroom chair, or decorative accent in both period and modern interiors, with light age related wear adding to its charm.

Delivery: I advertise as local pick-up but appreciate that not all of you live close enough to collect, so if it helps, I can arrange for cheap local delivery (please ask for a quote).

Please get in touch and provide your location and postcode and I will make enquiries for you. Should you decide to proceed, arrangements & payment are required directly between you and the courier.

You can of course use any number of alternatives such as Anyvan, Shiply, Parcel2go or parcelmonkey all of whom you can find on the internet and can provide a reasonable price but less personal service. Very simple to use and many of my customers advise that they provide a good service.

Please note that if you wanted me to wrap for collection there would be a small cost for materials (cardboard, bubble wrap, tape etc).
