A well-proportioned Edwardian armchair crafted in solid mahogany, featuring a gently shaped frame with a restrained carved crest rail and elegant turned front legs set on original castors. The design reflects early 20th century taste with its lighter, more refined proportions and vertical spindle back, moving away from heavier Victorian styles. Upholstered in a rich red damask fabric with a deep buttoned back cushion, it offers both comfort and classic period appeal, ideal for a lounge, study or bedroom setting. The frame shows attractive age-related patina, and there is historic woodworm present which has been professionally treated as a precaution, leaving the chair structurally sound and perfectly usable with no cause for concern..

Delivery: I advertise as local pick-up but appreciate that not all of you live close enough to collect, so if it helps, I can arrange for cheap local delivery (please ask for a quote).

Please get in touch and provide your location and postcode and I will make enquiries for you. Should you decide to proceed, arrangements & payment are required directly between you and the courier.

You can of course use any number of alternatives such as Anyvan, Shiply, Parcel2go or parcelmonkey all of whom you can find on the internet and can provide a reasonable price but less personal service. Very simple to use and many of my customers advise that they provide a good service.

Please note that if you wanted me to wrap for collection there would be a small cost for materials (cardboard, bubble wrap, tape etc).
