An attractive Arts and Crafts oak side chair with a tall slatted back, shaped top rail and turned front legs united by stretchers. The chair has been fully restored and professionally reupholstered in William Morris Strawberry Thief fabric, giving it a classic heritage look that suits both traditional and contemporary interiors. The warm oak frame displays good colour and simple honest craftsmanship typical of the Arts and Crafts movement, while the newly upholstered seat provides both comfort and visual impact. A charming decorative chair ideal for use as a bedroom chair, desk chair or occasional seating.

Offered in used vintage condition with some signs of age, wear and previous use, as might be expected and is mentioned and pictured purely for accuracy. Please see photos for the best description and any marks that should be noted. Click images to enlarge.

Delivery: I advertise as local pick-up but appreciate that not all of you live close enough to collect, so if it helps, I can arrange for cheap local delivery (please ask for a quote).

Please get in touch and provide your location and postcode and I will make enquiries for you. Should you decide to proceed, arrangements & payment are required directly between you and the courier.

You can of course use any number of alternatives such as Anyvan, Shiply, Parcel2go or parcelmonkey all of whom you can find on the internet and can provide a reasonable price but less personal service. Very simple to use and many of my customers advise that they provide a good service.

Please note that if you wanted me to wrap for collection there would be a small cost for materials (cardboard, bubble wrap, tape etc).
