A good pair of vintage elm and beech Windsor kitchen chairs with traditional hoop backs, shaped elm seats and turned legs united by stretcher supports. These chairs bear Air Ministry markings, adding an interesting piece of British institutional history to their practical country house appeal. Well-made and sturdy, they display attractive grain and honest age-related wear, making them ideal for farmhouse, cottage, rustic or vintage interiors.

Dimensions: height 85cm, height to seat 47cm, seat depth 36cm, depth 48cm, width 40cm.

Offered in used vintage condition with signs of age, wear and previous use, as might be expected and is mentioned and pictured purely for accuracy. Please see photos for the best description and any marks that should be noted.

Delivery: I advertise as local pick-up but appreciate that not all of you live close enough to collect, so if it helps, I can arrange for cheap local delivery (please ask for a quote).

Should your require transport further afield, I have contact with an independent courier and would be pleased to obtain a delivery quote for you. Please get in touch and provide your location and postcode and I will make enquiries for you. Should you decide to proceed, the courier service is independent and arrangements & payment are required directly between you and the courier.

You can of course use any number of alternatives such as Anyvan, Shiply, Parcel2go or parcelmonkey all of whom you can find on the internet and can provide a reasonable price but less personal service. Very simple to use and many of my customers advise that they provide a good service.

Please note that if you wanted me to wrap for collection there would be a small cost for materials (cardboard, bubble wrap, tape etc).
