See Description for delivery options

A charming vintage wooden bookcase from The Northampton Collection, retaining its original inspection label to the reverse. This attractive narrow bookcase features a traditional Georgian inspired design with beautifully shaped serpentine side panels, a decorative waved top rail and a rich dark brown wood finish with attractive visible grain. The open shelving provides three useful display levels, ideal for books, ornaments, collectables or decorative accessories, while a full-width drawer beneath offers additional concealed storage. The drawer is fitted with two decorative brass tone ring pull handles featuring floral detailing, complemented by a moulded base and shaped bracket feet. Its relatively shallow depth and compact width make it particularly practical for a hallway, living room, study or bedroom, with the distinctive scalloped silhouette adding character to traditional and country house interiors. Presented in good vintage used condition, showing surface scratches, light scuffs, small knocks and some wear to the finish, particularly across the shelves and edges, consistent with age and previous use, as shown in the photographs.

Dimensions: height 115cm, depth 30cm, width 59cm.

Offered in good used condition with signs of age, wear and previous use, as might be expected and is mentioned and pictured purely for accuracy. Please see photos click images to enlarge.

Delivery: I advertise as local pick-up but appreciate that not all of you live close enough to collect, so if it helps, I can arrange for cheap local delivery (please ask for a quote).

Should your require transport further afield, I have contact with a courier and would be pleased to obtain a delivery quote for you. Please get in touch and provide your location and postcode and I will make enquiries for you. Should you decide to proceed, arrangements & payment are required directly between you and the courier.

You can of course use any number of alternatives such as Anyvan, Shiply, Parcel2go or parcelmonkey all of whom you can find on the internet and can provide a reasonable price but less personal service. Very simple to use and many of my customers advise that they provide a good service.

Please note that if you wanted me to wrap for collection there would be a small cost for materials (cardboard, bubble wrap, tape etc).

We have an ever fluctuating stock base of good quality affordable furniture, so please see our other items for sale...Durstons Delights
