This attractive antique lathe-back chair is made with a solid oak frame and a shaped elm seat, featuring a classic vertical lathe back design, turned legs, and stretcher base. The chair has a wonderful aged appearance with a naturally worn seat and warm patina, making it ideal for a country kitchen, farmhouse interior, or as a character accent chair in a hallway or bedroom. It shows historic woodworm in places, which has been treated and is now inactive, along with general wear consistent with age, all of which add to its authentic antique charm. The chair is solid, stable, and perfectly usable and stamped H.W

Delivery: I advertise as local pick-up but appreciate that not all of you live close enough to collect, so if it helps, I can arrange for cheap local delivery (please ask for a quote).

Please get in touch and provide your location and postcode and I will make enquiries for you. Should you decide to proceed, arrangements & payment are required directly between you and the courier.

You can of course use any number of alternatives such as Anyvan, Shiply, Parcel2go or parcelmonkey all of whom you can find on the internet and can provide a reasonable price but less personal service. Very simple to use and many of my customers advise that they provide a good service.

Please note that if you wanted me to wrap for collection there would be a small cost for materials (cardboard, bubble wrap, tape etc).
